Jordan builds the sites: the pages, the copy, the tracking, the Google profile. He grew up watching his mum run her own business in Wantirna South. He built her website too.
Which means he'd built something real, for someone who couldn't afford it to be wrong, before he ever charged anyone for it.
Sebastian runs your first call and your onboarding, and he's who you'll deal with day to day. He also details cars. He books his own jobs, writes his own quotes, chases his own customers.
So when we talk about what a missed call costs, it isn't a statistic he read somewhere. He's missed them.
A café, a physio and a plumber have almost nothing in common as businesses. The café needs foot traffic and a menu. The physio needs a booking system and a referral network. The plumber needs the phone answered while he's under a house, and needs to come up when someone types a suburb name at 11pm with water coming through the ceiling.
Most of our work is trades. We'll also build for a local service business where the same rules apply: a small operator, a service area rather than a shopfront, and a job that's won or lost on how fast someone can reach you. Sunday Suite, a one-chair nail studio in Scoresby, is one of those.

The quote calculator, the suburb pages, the tracked number, the missed-call text-back. None of that is on the menu because it's fashionable. It's there because that's the shape of the problem.
Domain in your name. Site files yours. Google Business Profile yours, with you as owner and us as manager, not the other way around. Reviews and customer list yours. If you leave, you leave with all of it. We'll tell you exactly what stops working, which is the automation and the tracking number, because those run on our systems.
If your average job is a couple of hundred dollars, or you're taking five calls a week, this costs more than it saves you and we'll say so on the call. Selling it to the wrong business gets us one good month and a cancellation. We'd rather have you for four years.
Fixed quote, given on the first call, in writing the same day. The build fee and the monthly are both on the pricing page before you ring us. You will never open an invoice and find a number you weren't expecting.
Thirty days' notice on any monthly tier, no exit fee, no minimum term. If the only thing keeping you here is a contract, we've already failed. Prepay a year if you want the 10%. We refund the unused months if you go.
We're based in Scoresby and most of our clients are within about forty minutes: Scoresby, Knox, Rowville, Bayswater, Dandenong, Springvale, Clayton, Bayside, Frankston and down the Mornington Peninsula.
We take work Victoria-wide. Regional builds run the same way. The kickoff call is on video instead of in a driveway, and we still hit 14 days.
Trades get asked for their licence and insurance on every job. Publishing ours is the least we can do before asking them to put us on a monthly fee.
