The narrow bit
Trades and local service businesses. Not everyone.
A café, a physio and a plumber have almost nothing in common as businesses. The café needs foot traffic and a menu. The physio needs a booking system and a referral network. The plumber needs the phone answered while he's under a house, and needs to come up when someone types a suburb name at 11pm with water coming through the ceiling.
Most of our work is trades. We'll also build for a local service business where the same rules apply — a small operator, a service area rather than a shopfront, and a job that's won or lost on how fast someone can reach you. Sunday Suite, a one-chair nail studio in Scoresby, is one of those.
An agency that builds for all three builds the same site three times and changes the photos. We'd rather know one job properly.
So everything here is shaped around how trade work actually arrives: urgently, by phone, from someone within twenty minutes' drive who has just decided to spend money and will give it to whoever picks up. The quote calculator, the suburb pages, the tracked number, the missed-call text-back — none of that is on the menu because it's fashionable. It's there because that's the shape of the problem.
What we're not
- Not a design studio. If you want an award-winning site, there are better people. We want the phone to ring.
- Not a lead seller. We don't sell you leads and sell the same lead to your competitor. Everything we build, you own.
- Not an SEO agency. We do the local SEO that matters for a trade — profile, suburb pages, structure, reviews. We don't sell monthly rankings reports.
- Not a big shop. Two of us. There's a limit to how many builds we take at once, and we'd rather tell you the wait than take your deposit and stack you in a queue.
