Every number, on one page

Here's what it costs. All of it.

Including the hourly rate, including the option we'd rather you didn't take. If a web company won't publish a price, it's because the price depends on how much they think you'll pay.

A build is usually $1,200$600 to start and $600 when the site goes live. You see the finished thing before the second half is due.

Offsider Agency pricing. All amounts in Australian dollars. No GST is charged.

10% off any monthly tier when you prepay 12 months. Site Care $1,080/year instead of $1,200. Lead Engine $3,207.60 instead of $3,564. AI Front Desk $6,447.60 instead of $7,164. Cancel with 30 days' notice at any time and we refund the unused months.

Why the no-support version costs nearly three times as much

Because it costs us more. A site we host, monitor and patch is a site we understand. A site we hand over and never see again is a support call in eighteen months about a hack we couldn't have prevented, from an owner who reasonably thinks we should fix it. We price that risk in rather than pretend it isn't there.

Run the numbers anyway: $3,500 up front, or $1,200 up front and $1,200 a year — and in the second one somebody is actually answering when the site goes down and texting back the customers you missed. The $3,500 option exists so nobody has to feel trapped. Almost nobody takes it.

The comparison that matters

Don't compare it to another website. Compare it to what you're already losing.

Nobody's budget has a "website" line in it. It has a "how do I get more work" line. So price it against the other things on that line.

Against one job

What's your average job worth — a hot water changeover, a switchboard upgrade, a split system install? Write the number down.

Site Care costs $1,200 a year. If the text-back recovers one job like that over twelve months, it's paid for itself and the rest is profit. If it recovers three, you're well ahead.

We're not going to tell you what your average job is worth. You know, and you know how many you've missed.

Against your own hourly rate

Fix-ups are $110/hour. That's roughly what a licensed trade charges — deliberately.

An hour of your night spent fighting a page builder is an hour you didn't quote in, and you'll take three. The question isn't whether you could do it. It's whether the three hours are worth more than $110.

Same logic as a customer deciding whether to change their own tap.

Against lead-buying platforms

Directory and lead-selling platforms charge you per lead, sell that same lead to three or four competitors, and stop the moment you stop paying.

Everything here builds an asset you own. Your domain, your site, your Google profile, your reviews, your customer list. Turn it off and you keep what it built.

So there are no surprises

What these prices don't cover

  • Your domain name — roughly $20–$40 a year, paid direct to the registrar and registered in your name, not ours. We'll set it up with you.
  • Google Ads or any paid advertising spend — we don't run ads. If you want them, we'll refer you to someone who does.
  • Professional photography — phone photos from real jobs work better than stock anyway, but if you want a shoot we'll quote it separately.
  • Logo design — if you haven't got one we'll quote it at the hourly rate.
  • Copywriting beyond your pages — blog posts, brochures, ad copy. Hourly rate.
  • Call and SMS usage beyond fair use — included in normal volumes. If your call volume goes through the roof we'll talk to you before anything changes, never after.

[[PLACEHOLDER: confirm the fair-use call/SMS threshold and what happens past it — this needs a real number in the terms before launch]]
